I've got no reason to not drop weight. I like good (for you) food, I like having active fun (running around and shit). Now, I've just got to avoid sitting for long amounts of time, not devoting serious time to exercise, and eating utter shit.
So, here's what I'm doing.
1. Working the fuck out. It's not that hard, really. The problem: I feel like I start easy, begin to build up more stamina (mental and physical), and then drop off, forcing myself to start small two months later. Rinse, Repeat. That's not cutting it. So, I'm going to set a goal for "cruising speed". This will be my ideal workout schedule, and I will start easy, and build up to it. The more time maintaining "cruising speed" the faster I'll lose weight.
2. Eat Good Food all the time. This is harder, since when I am at work, I have limited options, but I think I can sneak around that. The Problem: I don't have access to healthy food all the time. Preparing food before I go adds more time to an already hectic (and lazy) start to my day. I am going to start preparing 4 days worth of lunches and breakfasts on Tuesday. That way, it's easy to grab my food and not worry about it the day of. Dinners are always easier, since I am not on a time restraint, and I have more options to me at home, but I must be vigilant that it doesn't slip, also.
3. Stop Eating Shit. This is going to be the kicker. Nothing in the world, NOTHING is as satisfying to me than scarfing down a pizza to relax after working hard or dealing with a shitty day. Not to mention the sweets compulsion that I deal with that forces my hand at the gas station. The Problem: Will power. Plain and simple. No tricks, no helping strategy. I must stop picking up that candy bar. i must stop grabbing that Mountain Dew. Always having healthy sweets around is a good start here, but that can be problematic also. This is something that I am going to have to sufer through, and I hope I can.

So, that's it. I'm not going to weigh myself or gain my measurements until I am a month in, that way I can start tracking progress when I have reached cruising speed.

When Kyle had Dysentery, the doctor that told him was all like, "You have Dysentery...from eating feces." and when Kyle was like "Wha?" the doctor was really condescending, as if Kyle was pretending that he didn't eat shit...funny.
