hmm... i definitely consider myself less geeky than LOTS of videogame players. not all, of course, because it cuts so wide a swath across pop culture. maybe not even most of them. but definitely less geeky than lots of them...

videogames are so mainstream, i'm not sure why they're included here.

but thanks, Ivan, for distracting me from Slayer's post. it does look pretty cool. and so far, i do like me some SIEGE. i can't wait until Steve Rogers kills Norman Osborn. or at least delivers him a haymaker to the vitals!

Yeah I really loved that final page of Siege #2, with Iron Patriot looking up and the reflection of Cap's shield on his mask getting larger and larger. Really cool. 8-)

edit: also I think I might have to get the variant cover issue of it as well as long as it's not too ridiculously overpriced:
